Christmas Day Menu

Amuse Bouche
Warm oak smoked salmon with a crab and chive cream.

Starters
Tian of prawn, crayfish and celeriac with lemon crème fraiche,
baby leaves and parsley oil.
Terrine of corn-fed chicken, Proscuito and red pepper with tomato
chutney and toasted brioche.
Caramelised red onion Tatin with glazed goats cheese, basil pesto
and rocket leaves.

Mains
Traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings.
Medallions of beef fillet with baby onions, smoked bacon and oyster
mushrooms, with a Burgundy sauce.
Seared Sea bream fillet, with king scallops, lemon crushed potato
and chive beurre blanc.
Herb risotto gallette, roasted vegetables, Roquefort cheese and aged
balsamic.

Dessert
Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy sauce.
Selection of French cheeses.
French apple tart with caramel sauce and vanilla Ice-cream.
